das hast du prima hingekriegt. Ich habe bei dir und von dir oft genug gelesen, dass du einen sehr einfachen Entzug hattest. Ich denke ganz oft sind es die Lebensumstände, also die Dinge, die dir passieren.
Ich hatte eine tiefe Krise, als es im Winter so wahnsinnig geschneit hat, bei uns. Ich hätte wirklich am liebsten geraucht. Ich habe es nicht versucht, deshalb weiß ich nicht, ob eine Zigarette die Schneemenge verringert oder sie ganz weggemacht hätte.

Lieber Michael, dir wollte ich auch ein paar liebe Grüße da lassen und da du heute 240 Tage erreicht hast, ist das auch noch ein guter Anlass. Herzlichen Glückwunsch! Schon als Kater hast du mit deinen wohltuenden, empathischen Beiträgen viele gute Hinweise gegeben. Das war für mich als Anfängerin sehr motivierend. Dafür rückwirkend noch herzlichen Dank!

Lieber Michael, komme jetzt ganz schnell in dein Wohnzimmer, um dir zu 250 Tagen Rauchfreiheit gratulieren zu können. Deine Beiträge haben mir schon sehr gut gefallen, als du noch der behütete Kater warst. Und auch jetzt als Lotse lese ich dich gern.
